    Integral expands from Schlieren into western Switzerland

    Schlieren-based Integral design-build AG opened a branch office in Lausanne on Tuesday, 2 May. According to a media release, the office in French-speaking Switzerland will operate under the name Integral design-build SA. The head of the new branch is Régis Cornaz, who will set up the branch together with Aurélie Bischoff as assistant project manager. Both were most recently employed at the real estate management company Steiner SA.

    Integral is part of the Halter Group. The construction and real estate group Halter AG has its headquarters at JED in Schlieren. The new working landscape of Halter AG and its sister companies at the move to JED was realised by Integral design-build.

    In addition to the design of working environments, the company also offers a general range of services for interior design. This ranges from workspace management and design to turnkey handover. Integral takes over all phases of the development, planning and realisation of working environments, the company says. With the maximum use of digital processes and 3D tools, the new working environments are visualised and a smooth planning and construction process is ensured.

    The company was founded in 2016 as W21 Innenausbau AG by Peter Pfiffner – owner of Pfiffner AG in Altstetten ZH – and Michael Peter. Today, as a sister company of Halter AG, Integral has employees in the areas of architecture, design and execution. According to the company, it manages projects throughout Switzerland.

    Condominiums in Switzerland: An industry that only gains from digitization
    Swiss real estate is feeling the direct effects of the turn to digitization, as the most important players in the industry have accelerated the pace of increasing efficiency every year. Switzerland, with its 1.4 million owners* (including more than 445,000** condominiums), ultimately represents an important market for Immowise.

    Immowise's digital solution is easy to implement and adapts to any type of condominium.     With the office opening in Zurich, Immowise wants to offer administrations, self-managed condominium associations or independent local administrators a solution to simplify and reduce the workload with a platform that has already proven itself in western Switzerland. By 2022, around 20 general meetings for over 500 condominium owners had already been held. Immowise wants to cover all Swiss regions by 2023. In addition, the platform will be expanded with additional modules such as the internal news service for condominium owners, the comparison of cost estimates and budget management.

    Immowise's development in German-speaking Switzerland is rounded off with the appointment of Teresa Astorina as Director, based in the Zurich region. As a recognized expert in the real estate sector, in which she has been active for over 25 years, she takes over the proptech leadership with the declared goal of converting the management of condominium associations throughout Switzerland using digital technology.

    Sebastian Chiappero, Managing Director of Wise.swiss, Immowise's parent company, adds: "20 months after the founding of Immowise, the appointment of a director marks a further step towards ensuring the nationwide rollout of Immowise.     Two subsidiaries are merged in the Hächler Group based in Wettingen. According to a press release , Wanner AG will be integrated into the construction company Hächler AG on April 1st. This would simplify structures, it is said. According to the motto "Everything from a single source", customers should be given easy access to all the services of the Hächler Group.

    The merged company will employ 200 people and present a wide range of services in the new Hächler AG branch in Dielsdorf. The branch specializes in conversion and renovation, facades and paving. In addition, all other services of Hächler AG are available in Dielsdorf. Wanner AG has been part of the Hächler Group for ten years.

    The Hächler Group is active in the areas of construction and ancillary trades, sewer maintenance and renovation, surface treatment and ventilation cleaning.
