    New branch manager in Solothurn

    The PRIVERA branch in Solothurn will be managed by Matthias Räber from August 1st, 2022. Mr. Räber is a real estate manager with a Swiss Federal Diploma. Specialist certificate and has been supporting PRIVERA since October 2021 as a senior manager. He previously worked as head of property management at a well-known real estate company in the Olten/Gäu/Solothurn region and has many years of experience in the real estate industry.

    Matthias Räber is taking over from Roger Kiefer. Mr. Kiefer is leaving PRIVERA at the end of July 2022 to take on a new professional challenge. Until Matthias Räber took up his post, the time was optimally used for the handover. «Being able to fill the branch management in Solothurn internally is an asset for PRIVERA. Matthias Räber will continue to run the branch with great commitment,» says Andrea Jürg Wegmüller, COO of PRIVERA.

    Privera appoints new management of the Western Switzerland region

    Gabriel Vonlanthen has been in charge of the west management region since May 1, 2022. Mr. Vonlanthen is a real estate manager with a federal license. Specialist certificate and has been with PRIVERA as branch manager in Geneva since May 18, 2021.

    Gabriel Vonlanthen brings a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the region around Lake Geneva and throughout French-speaking Switzerland. He has an impressive track record both in supporting institutional real estate owners and in the implementation of corporate projects.

    “With Gabriel Vonlanthen we have a new regional manager for the management of western Switzerland, who not only has extensive experience in the real estate industry, but also knows PRIVERA very well,” says Andrea Wegmüller, COO of PRIVERA. Management of the German-speaking part of Switzerland is managed directly by Mr. Wegmüller.

    As of January 1, 2022, PRIVERA will strengthen its management team. Andreas Wegmüller will be the new Head of Management Switzerland and a member of the PRIVERA management team.

    Andrea Wegmüller is a federally certified real estate trustee. He has a master's degree in real estate management and has been part of the PRIVERA team for 5 years. He is currently regional manager for management in the east.

    Andrea Wegmüller will continue to head the management region East directly and will also be responsible for the West region on an interim basis. The Central Region will continue to be headed by Nicole Kuhn. From January 1, 2022, Nadja Abdelrahim will be the new head of the Wallisellen branch. Ms. Abdelrahim is a real estate manager with a federal certificate and has been a team leader at PRIVERA Wallisellen for almost three years.
