    Lead investor Serpentine Ventures led the round of financing. Other investors include the growth capitalist Sparrow Ventures , the entrepreneur Ertan Wittwer and other private investors.     With the platform, Properti CEO Levent Künzi is pursuing the goal of simplifying real estate transactions and related transactions and making them more accessible for customers, brokers and service partners. At Properti, digital and technical experts advise buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords and clarify their concerns. 80 percent of the processes are automated. With the fresh capital, the degree of automation should continue to increase.
