General Terms and Conditions immo-invest.ch<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the use of the website www.immo-invest.ch<\/span><\/a>. These GTC also govern the purchase of digital and printed products that are subject to a charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A purchase is binding as soon as the buyer clicks on the “Finalise order” button and is completed when full payment is made to immoMedia GmbH. The purchased products are then activated for the buyer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

immoMedia GmbH reserves the right to cancel purchases due to circumstances beyond the control of immoMedia GmbH (force majeure, official or court order, etc.) at no cost to the purchaser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All prices are quoted gross in CHF (Swiss francs), including statutory value added tax (VAT). The published price at the time of the order is decisive.
