The buyer is a company of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrs.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HRS <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Real Estate<\/span> AG<\/a>. The sale was notarised on 19 June 2024. According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbonia.com\/de\/medienmitteilungen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> from Arbonia, the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">real estate<\/span> service provider HRS is acquiring the site on the shores of Lake Constance for more than 34 million Swiss francs. The sale will lead to a positive EBITDA contribution of around 28 million Swiss francs and, after deduction of taxes, a positive effect on the net result.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">According to the company, the 35,000 square metre Zelgstrasse site is currently fully let to a third party. The site used to house the refrigerator production of Arbonia subsidiary Forster K&uuml;hltechnik AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The divestment of the Zelgstrasse site is linked to the sale of Arbonia&rsquo;s Climate business division in April 2024. The Group is now also reducing the properties that are no longer required. In future, Arbonia will focus on the door business and has already acquired the Italian wood designer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lignis.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lignis<\/a> and the Spanish door manufacturer <a href=\"https:\/\/dimoldura.com\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dimoldura<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arbonia AG has sold the Zelgstrasse site in Arbon on Lake Constance to HRS AG from Frauenfeld for CHF 34 million.
