The Zurich-based company, which specializes in office furnishings, will in future operate as a branch of B&uuml;ro Schoch Werkhaus AG in Winterthur. The takeover is part of the company&rsquo;s growth strategy for the Zurich economic area, the specialist for working environments announced in a <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.schoch.swiss\/zusammenschluss-der-mohn-ag-buerokultur-mit-der-buero-schoch-werkhaus-ag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>. The purchase price was not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The Mohn B&uuml;rokultur <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Brand&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Marke&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">brand<\/span> will also be retained under the umbrella of B&uuml;ro Schoch Werkhaus AG. Management will also remain in the hands of Markus Mohn, according to the press release.
