The assessment committee unanimously decided to recommend the Janus project by fsp Architekten AG and landscape architects <a href=\"https:\/\/appert-zwahlen.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Appert Zwahlen Partner AG<\/a> in Cham ZG to the client for further development and realisation. It was the &ldquo;most convincing project proposal overall&rdquo;, according to the press release from fsp.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The new Eichmatt-Villmergen residential development is located on the outskirts of the village. Adjacent to the agricultural zone, this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eichmatt-villmergen.ch\/html\/index3a9f.html?id=6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">development<\/a> offers 112 modern 2.5 to 4.5-room flats in three-storey buildings. Balconies and garden seating areas are consistently south-west facing. The arrangement of the twelve buildings provides generous open spaces. The existing Eichmatt S&uuml;d development was realised to the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Minergie&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Baustandard und Label, das als Zertifikat f&uuml;r Geb&auml;ude ausgegeben wird, die neu erstellt oder saniert einen entsprechenden Energienachweis erf&uuml;llen.
