2024 was a milestone for Real Estate Award<\/span> AG. A successful rebranding, the newly formed jury and strong event<\/span> partnerships ensured a positive response. The Real Estate Award<\/span> in October 2024 was very well received and underlines the platform’s strong position within the construction and property industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Tim Caspar brings a breath of fresh air to the team
<\/strong>In order to continue on this successful path, Tim Caspar will join Real Estate Award<\/span> AG as Deputy Managing Director from January 2025. Tim Caspar currently works as a freelance videographer and has already realised several projects for the award in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

“We are delighted to have Tim Caspar on board as a team player who, with his background in social media<\/span> marketing and videography, will open up many new opportunities for the Real Estate Award<\/span> in terms of visibility. Not least our applicants and event<\/span> partners will benefit from this,” says Mara Schlumpf. “The fact that Tim already knows the processes and values of the award from our previous collaboration is a big bonus.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Real Estate Award<\/span> 2025
<\/strong>The next Real Estate Award<\/span> will take place on 2 October 2025 at Trafo Baden. The application phase is already open. Companies from the Swiss construction and property industry can now submit their projects for the next edition. With Tim Caspar as Deputy Managing Director, Real Estate Award<\/span> AG is sending a clear signal in favour of innovation<\/span> and growth.
