A total of 121 tiling, trading and mixing companies from the ceramics industry have received Platinium certification this year, CERUNIQ<\/a> announced<\/a> in a press release<\/a>. The quality label is awarded by the association of leading installation companies and specialist retailers in the ceramics industry to companies for the high quality and professionalism of their work. “Platinium embodies consistency, quality and stability,” CERUNIQ Central President Konrad Imbach is quoted in the press release from his speech on the occasion of the awarding of the label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Of the certified companies, five received the label for the first time, while the others were recertified. The canton of Lucerne is represented by nine of the recertified companies. Specifically, Bacchetta Baukeramik GmbH<\/a> from Horw, Bühlmann Keramik AG<\/a> from Hochdorf, DÄHLER KERAMIK GmbH<\/a> from Weggis, Häfliger Plattenbeläge AG<\/a> from Rain, JÖRI PLATTEN AG<\/a> from Egolzwil, MUHEIM KERAMIK AG<\/a> from Weggis, P. Bachmann AG<\/a> from Urswil\/Hochdorf, Ziswiler GmbH, Keramik, Naturstein, Ofenbau<\/a> from Eschenbach and Zwimpfer – Platten AG<\/a> from Sursee were awarded the label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

This year’s certification took place “under stricter requirements”, writes CERUNIQ. Particular emphasis was placed on the training and further training of apprentices and employees, the quality of advice, precision in the execution of the work and the professional and customer-oriented handling of complaints.
