Specifically, the young company from Zillis-Reischen was honoured with the prize in the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Innovation&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Innovation in der heutigen Immobilienwelt bedeutet vor allem Digitalisierung von Prozessen. Zum Beispiel das Eliminieren von Tausenden von Excel-Bl&auml;ttern f&uuml;r Portfolio- und Asset-Manager oder das Erstellen einer Anwendung (App) f&uuml;r alle Formalit&auml;ten rund um die Beziehung zwischen Immobilieneigent&uuml;mern, - verwaltung und -mietern.&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Innovation<\/span> category for its photovoltaic in-roof system at the exhibition of tradespeople from the Graub&uuml;nden districts of Avers, Rheinwald and Schams. The prize for tourism and the audience award went to the <a href=\"https:\/\/bachhuus.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bachhuus project<\/a> from Hinterrhein GR and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturpark-beverin.ch\/de\/pumptrack-valschons\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Val Schons pump track project<\/a> in Andeer respectively.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">&ldquo;Bricks off, Solnow on&rdquo; is how Solnow AG describes its business model. The fully recyclable photovoltaic in-roof system is installed instead of tiles or other roof cladding and can also be operated in alpine conditions.
