SWICA has entrusted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halter.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Halter AG<\/a> from Schlieren with the realisation of the Alte M&uuml;hle residential park project as total contractor. Halter explains in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halter.ch\/de\/projekte\/wohnpark-alte-muehle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">project description<\/a> that the mill itself can be renovated without the need for heritage protection. The three to five-storey buildings should be completed by the end of 2026.
