As part of the<a href=\"https:\/\/swissrenov.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SwissRenov<\/a>project, it has now updated the cantonal register of industrial wastelands suitable for redevelopment, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/swissrenov.ch\/actualites\/un-nouvel-inventaire-pour-les-friches-industrielles-dans-le-canton-du-jura\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>. This first step is intended to provide up-to-date and reliable information to companies and investors who are looking for commercial space or are interested in the redevelopment and modernisation of industrial facilities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">In the first phase of the project in 2019, around 90 industrial brownfield sites were identified, of which around half have been redeveloped to date. Now, 30 more brownfield sites are being added.&nbsp;The updated map, which can be viewed <a href=\"https:\/\/swissrenov.ig.he-arc.ch\/fr\/map#error=login_required\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online<\/a>, currently lists 70 industrial sites. 60 per cent of these are located in the district of Porrentruy, 36 per cent in the district of Del&egrave;mont and the rest in the districts of Franches-Montagnes and Moutier. In the current phase, the SwissRenov project in Jura is scheduled for completion by 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The SwissRenov project is being led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Haute &Eacute;cole Arc<\/a> in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jura.ch\/fr\/Autorites\/Administration\/DEC\/SDT\/Service-du-developpement-territorial-SDT.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cantonal spatial planning department<\/a>and is being driven forward by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.creapole.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Creapole SA<\/a>in Del&egrave;mont. It is supported by the Swiss Confederation through the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.innosuisse.admin.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innosuisse flagship programme<\/a> and by<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleantech-alps.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CleantechAlps<\/a>, the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Cleantech&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r saubere Technologien; bezeichnet Produkte oder Dienstleistungen, welche die operationale Leistung, Produktivit&auml;t oder die Effizienz steigern und gleichzeitig Kosten, nat&uuml;rliche Ressourcen, Energieverbrauch, Abf&auml;lle oder Verschmutzung reduzieren&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">cleantech<\/span> promoter for French-speaking Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">According to the press release, this project, which is unique in Switzerland, aims to promote the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Renovation&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Massnahmen zur Behebung von M&auml;ngeln, die durch Abnutzung oder Witterungseinfl&uuml;sse entstanden sind; Wiederherstellung des urspr&uuml;nglichen Zustands eines Geb&auml;udes oder von Teilen davon&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">renovation<\/span> and refurbishment of industrial buildings in line with the principles of the circular economy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The canton of Jura has updated its list of industrial brownfield sites suitable for redevelopment as part of SwissRenov.
