The prize, awarded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baloise.ch\/de\/privatkunden.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Baloise Bank AG<\/a> from Solothurn, is based on the parameters of submitted applications, completion rate, financing volume and mortgage portfolio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Four out of five mortgage applications submitted by Swisschange lead to a successful conclusion. According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presseportal.ch\/de\/pm\/100103555\/100939581\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>, the mortgage broker achieves this high success rate through careful dossier preparation.
