PMCH SA, based in the canton of Vaud, and the Vaudois Cantonal Bank ( BCV<\/a> ) have activated a Swiss version of PropertyMatch, according to a message<\/a> . The international real estate<\/span> platform was originally launched in 2009 by CBRE<\/a> , a global service company, and the GFI Group<\/a> trading platform. Since then, it has reportedly contributed to more than 1,700 transactions for a total of over $ 15 billion in the secondary market.<\/p>\n

The Swiss side is accessible at propertymatch.ch.<\/a> The platform specializes in unlisted collective real estate<\/span> investments and offers users real-time price information. It is primarily aimed at institutional investors and independent asset<\/span> managers.<\/p>\n

The site was initially started with unlisted real estate<\/span> investments deposited with BCV. However, the offer is to be gradually expanded and expanded to include all of the unlisted collective Swiss real estate<\/span> investments, it says.<\/p>\n
