The existing shareholders exercised their subscription rights. They acquired the shares at a price of CHF 18.35 each. As a result, the Zug-based <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">real estate<\/span> company took in CHF 88.5 million and was able to successfully complete its capital increase to the maximum extent, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.presseportal.ch\/de\/pm\/100073444\/100869368\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media release<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> The company intends to invest the proceeds in new and modernization of existing properties and to use them to consolidate the balance sheet structure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> The first trading day for the new shares and the delivery of the shares against payment of the subscription and placement price is scheduled for April 27, 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Z&uuml;rcher Kantonalbank acted as lead manager of the transaction and Luzerner Kantonalbank acted as co-lead manager.
