Asset Management besteht aus den Teilprozessen Portfolio Management, strategisches Fl&auml;chenmanagement, Investment-Strategie und Vermarktung\/Akquise&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Asset Management<\/span> AG<\/a> , the relevant listing application has been approved by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.six-group.com\/en\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIX Swiss Exchange<\/a> . The fund is therefore also open to non-qualified investors from this date. The portfolio currently comprises 72 properties with an estimated market value of around CHF 811 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> According to the issuer, the investment objective of this <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">real estate<\/span> fund, launched in 2018, is &ldquo;primarily to generate stable current income through direct investments in Swiss core \/ core plus properties that are in good locations and have a high level of income and value stability&rdquo;. At least 50 percent residential properties and a maximum of 50 percent commercial properties would be aimed for.
