Zum Beispiel das Eliminieren von Tausenden von Excel-Bl&auml;ttern f&uuml;r Portfolio- und Asset-Manager oder das Erstellen einer Anwendung (App) f&uuml;r alle Formalit&auml;ten rund um die Beziehung zwischen Immobilieneigent&uuml;mern, - verwaltung und -mietern.&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">innovation<\/span>, research and jobs is to be created. The aviation infrastructure is to be secured as a strategic reserve.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> The Zurich Government Council has now submitted a synthesis report to the Cantonal Council, as stated in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zh.ch\/de\/news-uebersicht\/medienmitteilungen\/2021\/11\/transformation-gebietsentwicklung-flugplatz-duebendorf-nimmt-fahrt-auf.html?pk_campaign=newsletter&amp;pk_kwd=Wirtschaft-Arbeit&amp;pk_source=immediately&amp;pk_medium=Transformation-Gebietsentwicklung-Flugplatz-D%C3%BCbendorf-nimmt-Fahrt-auf-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communication<\/a> . This was drawn up by the federal government, the canton, the local authorities and other parties involved. It forms the basis for the further development of the area. It is now to be advised first by a special commission set up by the Cantonal Council.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> The government council intends to submit three proposals to the cantonal council by spring 2022.
