Malpur moves the company headquarters and the workforce to the headquarters of H&auml;lg in Winterthur and cedes the proper name. Both companies will operate on the market as H&auml;lg &amp; Co. AG in the future.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> With the merger, two industry giants in the building technology division are pooling their competencies: Boris Bischoff, branch manager of H&auml;lg &amp; Co.
