The young company emonitor<\/a> , which is active in the field of real estate<\/span> technology, has brought its melon rental software into a collaboration with Abacus<\/a> , as stated in a message<\/a> from emonitor. On behalf of the City of St.Gallen Pension Fund<\/a> , melon has been connected to the AbaImmo property management<\/span> software from Abacus. This now creates software for reporting in the area of apartment rentals.<\/p>\n

On the one hand, software is available for a continuous letting process, from the first contact with a prospective tenant through to ancillary costs settlement.
