The topic of change was already the focus of this year's Real Estate<\/span> Summit of Flughafenregion Zürich AG ( FRZ<\/a> ) in the opening speech by André Ingold. Specifically, the newly elected President of the FRZ presented the around 20 major construction projects planned or under construction in the airport region, explained the FRZ in a communication<\/a> on the event<\/span>. "In the next one to two years the probability of a real estate<\/span> crisis is zero," the economic historian is quoted as saying in the press release.
