The legal foundation was laid in November 2021 with the Heat Supply Ordinance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> City Councilor Michael Baumer is quoted as saying that the municipal measure, which is divided into six sub-projects, makes an &ldquo;important contribution to decarbonisation in the heating sector&rdquo;.
