According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/gov\/de\/start\/dokumentation\/medienmitteilungen.msg-id-86954.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> , this is the federal government's third award for sustainable building since 2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> In 2020, the new administration building on Pulverstrasse in Ittigen received the gold certificate, and in 2019 the administration center on Guisanplatz in Bern was awarded. &quot;With the third award within a short period of time, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbl.admin.ch\/bbl\/de\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics<\/a> is being rewarded for its consistent focus on sustainable building,&quot; says a press release.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> With its certificates, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nnbs.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Swiss Sustainable Building Network<\/a> honors &quot;high-quality and forward-looking objects&quot; that make an ecological, social and economic contribution. In the assessment, the Zurich-based association takes into account a total of 45 indicators from the areas of business, society and the environment, including the energy consumption of a building, the flora and fauna of the surrounding area and the regional <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Added Value&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Materieller oder immaterieller Mehrwert, der einer Leistung oder einem Produkt hinzugef&uuml;gt wird&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">added value<\/span>.
