Start-ups from all over the world are invited to apply and accelerate sustainable construction with their innovative solutions. The six-month program runs from May to November 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> &quot;The Holcim Accelerator Program enables us to connect with the brightest minds in the world to drive disruptive breakthroughs,&quot; Holcim CEO Jan Jenisch said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holcim.com\/holcim-accelerator-challenges-startups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> . &quot;I invite this year's startups to think outside the box in all dimensions of construction, from circular construction to intelligent building design.&quot;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> As in previous years, the specialty chemicals <a href=\"https:\/\/che.sika.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">company Sika<\/a> is a partner in the acceleration program. New partners for this year's edition include French company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bouygues-construction.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bouygues Construction<\/a> and British engineering consultants <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mottmac.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mott MacDonald<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Swiss explorer and environmentalist Bertrand Piccard, founder of the <a href=\"https:\/\/solarimpulse.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solar Impulse Foundation<\/a> , contributes a call to action: &ldquo;The construction industry has a key role to play in accelerating our world's transition to net zero.
