The office building of the owners HG Commerciale ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hgc.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HGC<\/a> ) and the Central Swiss Builders Association ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zbvluzern.ch\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ZBV<\/a> ) that has existed since 1975 will be replaced by a new building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/eberli-ag.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eberli AG<\/a> from Sarnen will be responsible for the overall project management, construction supervision and construction management, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/eberli-sarnen-ag_eberli-eberlibau-hotel-activity-6897523733628555265-wx6j\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">message<\/a> on <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;LinkedIn&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Social-Media-Plattform f&uuml;r Fach- und F&uuml;hrungskr&auml;fte&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">LinkedIn<\/span>. The Lucerne architects <a href=\"https:\/\/luetolfundscheuner.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L&uuml;tolf und Scheuner Architekten GmbH<\/a> had already won the architectural competition last year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> A business and holiday hotel with around 140 rooms in the three-star superior class is to be built. The hotel will be operated by Luzerner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tavolago.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tavolago AG<\/a> . The subsidiary of the shipping company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgvgruppe.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SGV<\/a> already runs numerous restaurants in the region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> Eberli AG recently completed another hotel project. She worked as a total contractor at the Kempinski Palace Engelberg.
