According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haechlergruppe.ch\/die-wanner-ag-und-die-haechler-ag-fusionieren-per-01-april-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immerwanner.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wanner AG<\/a> will be integrated into the construction company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haechler.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">H&auml;chler AG<\/a> on April 1st. This would simplify structures, it is said.
