The new notifications are intended to be used for the acquisition of residential properties. Helvetica is currently examining the purchase of corresponding properties with a total value of almost CHF 330 million, explains the company, which specializes in <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">real estate<\/span> fund management and <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Asset Management&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;F&uuml;hren von Verm&ouml;genswerten. Asset Management besteht aus den Teilprozessen Portfolio Management, strategisches Fl&auml;chenmanagement, Investment-Strategie und Vermarktung\/Akquise&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">asset management<\/span> services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\"> The capital increase is to be carried out in mid-April. Conditions and further details will be communicated by Helvetica at the beginning of April, &ldquo;just before the start of the subscription period&rdquo;. The Helvetica Swiss Living Fund is aimed at qualified investors and is traded over the counter. Bank J. Safra Sarasin is responsible for over-the-counter trading.
