Assets under management increased from approximately EUR 1.5 billion at the end of 2020 to approximately EUR 1.6 billion as of December 31, 2021, with the number of employees increasing to 27 in the same period. In 2022, TSC Real Estate<\/span> has both the initiation and launch<\/span> of its own investment vehicles for institutional investors in the area of residential and healthcare real estate<\/span> and the participation in or the establishment of operating companies in the respective real estate<\/span> segments on the agenda.<\/p>

In addition to organic growth options, acquisitions will also be examined and, if necessary, implemented in the coming months.
