Three companies are partnering to launch<\/span> the Metaverse’s first digital real estate<\/span> investment product, the Criptonite Metaverse Real Estate<\/span> AMC. Zurich-based securitization specialist GenTwo Digital<\/a> , Lisbon-based luxury brand<\/span> NFT marketplace Exclusible<\/a> and Geneva-based cryptocurrency asset<\/span> manager Criptonite have<\/a> joined forces. To celebrate the launch<\/span> of the Actively Managed Certificate (AMC) Criptonite Metaverse Real Estate<\/span>, the Crypto Night Party<\/a> will be held in Decentraland<\/a> on the evening of April 8th. This is GenTwo’s web3 conference organizer AssetRush<\/a> ‘s first event<\/span>.<\/p>\n

According to a press release<\/a> , the focus of this “exclusive investment product” is digital luxury real estate<\/span>, i.e. NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens), in the Metaverse, a future giant network of virtual worlds including a virtual economy and virtual societies. The investment product is intended to allow institutional investors to participate directly in the development of the Metaverse and digital assets.<\/p>\n
