The facade of the house is inspired by the stucco technique &laquo;Sgraffito&raquo;. This is a historical technique for decorating surfaces. The diverse floor plans of the apartments add a unique and playful touch. The panoramic windows in combination with the double ceiling height give the apartments a loft flair.
