In the past few weeks, the company has revised its platform and integrated new digital tools, explains Houzy. In concrete terms, homeowners can now check the demand for their property, optimize the corresponding sales price and calculate the real estate<\/span> gains tax for all Swiss cantons. Houzy emphasizes the platform’s new property search function as the most important innovation<\/span>. All major real estate<\/span> platforms would be searched here and the advertisements would be supplemented with “valuable additional information”.
