Das <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Real Estate<\/span> Assessment von GRESB und&nbsp;SSREI sind zwei komplement&auml;re Nachhaltigkeits-Benchmarks f&uuml;r Immobilienportfolios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W&auml;hrend GRESB einen ESG-Ansatz verfolgt, d.h. sein Benchmark als Managementinstrument konzipiert ist und auch Aspekte der guten Unternehmensf&uuml;hrung thematisiert (Arbeitsbedingungen, Lieferantenmanagement, Gesch&auml;ftsgebaren, etc.), fokussiert SSREI rein auf die Immobilienqualit&auml;t, dies aber ausf&uuml;hrlicher und umfassender. So schliesst SSREI nebst dem Umweltschutz und der gesellschaftlich-sozialen Verantwortung auch die Wirtschaftlichkeit mit ein (EES-Ansatz).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wo die beiden Instrumente inhaltlich kompatibel sind, anerkennt GRESB den SSREI. So akzeptiert GRESB die SSREI-Verifikation als Bestands-Zertifizierung (BC1.2), sofern bestimmte Voraussetzungen erf&uuml;llt sind. Zudem gilt die Anerkennung auch f&uuml;r die Portfolio-Analyse und weitere spezifischen Anforderungen, welche sich thematisch &uuml;berschneiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die entsprechende technische Umsetzung der Anerkennung erfolgt bereits mit dem GRESB-Abschluss 2022.
