It was engaged by Stadler Blechtechnik as general contractor for the new building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Stadler Blechtechnik currently employs ten people in production and another five in administration. The new building will provide space for up to ten additional employees. A three-storey production hall is planned, the upper floors of which will largely be rented out. In addition, there will be a five-storey office wing and an underground car park with a total of 47 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Sustainability will be incorporated in the form of air-source heat pumps for heating, cooling and hot water. In addition, green flat roofs and a photovoltaic system with an output of around 200 kilowatts peak are planned.
