Since its foundation in 2001, QualiCasa has made a name for itself by providing decision-making bases for sustainable portfolio management. The development of digital solutions has also contributed significantly to its success. With a dedicated team of 26 specialists, QualiCasa supports its customers with services, particularly in the areas of construction quality management and asset<\/span> controlling. The basis for this is a comprehensive data base, statistical models and a profound understanding of real estate<\/span> lifecycle management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The takeover is a natural continuation of the already long-standing and successful partnership. The “Visits” application, which is now widely used, was developed together. Both sides expect the future common path to provide mutual inspiration for the development of new solutions and the realisation of synergies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
