The two banks will also sit on the company&rsquo;s board of directors. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mobiliar.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mobiliar<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swisscom.ch\/de\/privatkunden.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Swisscom<\/a> from Berne, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vaudoise.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vaudoise Insurance<\/a> from Lausanne and <a href=\"https:\/\/bank-avera.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bank Avera<\/a> from Wetzikon ZH are already represented on the board. Mobiliar and Vaudoise Versicherungen will also participate in the current capital increase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The new shareholders want to help expand the mortgage marketplace CredEx. To this end, PostFinance will also contribute its comparison and closing platform <a href=\"https:\/\/valuu.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Valuu<\/a> to CredEx. Specifically, Valuu is to be transferred to the joint venture CredEx, as PostFinance explains in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.postfinance.ch\/de\/ueber-uns\/medien\/newsroom\/medienmitteilungen\/gestaerkte-postfinance-hypothek.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a>. CredEx will then bundle the brokerage business under the Valuu <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Brand&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Marke&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">brand<\/span> and continue to operate the brokerage business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">GLKB is already a long-standing partner of CredEx. &ldquo;Over the years, a unique settlement ecosystem has been developed together with GLKB, which has greatly contributed to CredEx&rsquo;s success,&rdquo; Andrea Canonica, CXO of Credit Exchange AG, was quoted as saying in the statement. &ldquo;With GLKB&rsquo;s rich experience in the fintech sector, I am convinced that we will also achieve similar milestones together on the financing side,&rdquo; Canonica added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PostFinance and Glarner Kantonalbank (GLKB) take a stake in the mortgage marketplace CredEx and thus become shareholders of Zurich Credit Exchange AG.
