According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csl-immobilien.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Medienmitteilung-CEO-CSL-Immobilien.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media release<\/a>, his focus will be on product development and product marketing. He was most recently Head of <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Real Estate<\/span> Switzerland at Swiss Life <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Asset Management&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;F&uuml;hren von Verm&ouml;genswerten. Asset Management besteht aus den Teilprozessen Portfolio Management, strategisches Fl&auml;chenmanagement, Investment-Strategie und Vermarktung\/Akquise&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Asset Management<\/span> AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The company, led by Chairman of the Board Markus Schawalder, has decided on a co-CEO structure to succeed Yonas Mulugeta, who will leave at the end of September. Piffaretti&rsquo;s competencies will complement those of Thomas Walter. The latter will take up his post as Co-CEO on 1 March 2024 at the latest and will then be responsible for the areas of business and digitalisation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">&ldquo;The appointment of Renato Piffaretti and Thomas Walter is the right step to strengthen and expand CSL&rsquo;s services,&rdquo; Schawalder is quoted as saying in the statement. &ldquo;They will successfully shape the future of CSL Immobilien based on the cornerstones of <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Innovation&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Innovation in der heutigen Immobilienwelt bedeutet vor allem Digitalisierung von Prozessen.
