The tenant fit-out will start at the beginning of 2024, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/zurich.spgi.ch\/schneider-electric-fuer-eine-flaeche-im-konnex-baden-gewonnen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>. Schneider Electric, a specialist in digitalisation and sustainability in the energy sector, has reached an important milestone on the way to achieving its sustainability goal by moving into Konnex. Previously, large areas had already been let to <a href=\"https:\/\/aveniq.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aveniq<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/citypop.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">City Pop<\/a> by SPGI in Konnex Baden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Following the total refurbishment, around 35,000 square metres of commercial space will be available at Konnex. More than 50 per cent of the space has already been let, according to the statement. The Konnex Baden has a sustainability concept with LEED Gold, <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Minergie&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Baustandard und Label, das als Zertifikat f&uuml;r Geb&auml;ude ausgegeben wird, die neu erstellt oder saniert einen entsprechenden Energienachweis erf&uuml;llen. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognised certification system for ecological construction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">An innovative city-within-a-city concept is to be realised in Konnex, with a range of services and amenities, including restaurants, shops for everyday needs, fitness, childcare and co-working.
