The investment foundation has commissioned Zurich property <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Developer&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Projektentwickler&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">developer<\/span> Steiner to develop and market the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limmattalstrasse281.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">project<\/a>. The project has now received the legally binding building permit, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Steiner AG<\/a> announced in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steiner.ch\/de\/mediencenter\/news\/detail\/news\/660-baubewilligung-wohnbauprojekt-limmattalstrasse-281-in-zuerich.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The building, which is certified to the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Minergie&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Baustandard und Label, das als Zertifikat f&uuml;r Geb&auml;ude ausgegeben wird, die neu erstellt oder saniert einen entsprechenden Energienachweis erf&uuml;llen. Standards: Minergie, Minergie-P, Minergie-A. Im Zentrum steht der Wohn- und Arbeitskomfort, der durch eine hochwertige energiefeffiziente Geb&auml;udeh&uuml;lle und systematische Lufterneuerung erreicht wird. Das Ziel wird als Grenzwert im Energieverbrauch definiert&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Minergie<\/span> standard, will be constructed on a slightly south-facing slope with a distant view over the Limmat Valley. The 15 modern condominiums are spread over three full storeys and an attic storey. A car park will be built in the basement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Occupancy of the flats is planned for the end of 2026. The flats will be sold in a two-stage bidding process. The first round of bidding will begin on 12 March with the dispatch of the sales documents.
