According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halter.ch\/de\/medien\/mitteilungen\/werkgruppenwettbewerb-fuer-das-lagerhaus-auf-dem-attisholz-areal-abgeschlossen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> issued by the property <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Developer&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Projektentwickler&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">developer<\/span> from Schlieren, the planning law basis for developing the site into a vibrant and sustainable living space over the next 25 years has been created with the land-use plan, which came into force in January 2022. A competition was organised for the warehouse building. This competition has now been concluded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The task was to add new storeys to the existing building to create attractive condominiums. In the past, the warehouse was used to store materials for cellulose production on the Attisholz site. During the development of the site, it has been used intensively in recent years as a venue for a variety of events, the report continues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">According to the landowner Halter, five teams, known as work groups, were invited to develop a proposal for the extensions in collaboration with architectural firms. The process was overseen by an assessment panel consisting of experts in the fields of architecture and urban planning, representatives of the municipality of Riedholz and the Office for Spatial Planning of the Canton of Solothurn, as well as Halter AG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The committee unanimously decided to recommend the design and construction of the building envelope by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blumer-lehmann.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blumer Lehmann Holzbau<\/a> in Gossau SG, together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stuecheli.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">St&uuml;cheli Architekten<\/a> in Zurich, and the supporting structure by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anliker.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anliker AG<\/a> in Emmenbr&uuml;cke LU for further processing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The projects for the Attisholz site can be viewed from Thursday 21 March in a public exhibition on the site in the so-called Eindampfanlage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Halter AG is pressing ahead with the remodelling of the Attisholz site in Riedholz.
