According to a press release, SV, headquartered in D&uuml;bendorf, will also be responsible for catering for guests in the conferencing area. The SV Group employs around 4800 people in Switzerland and will offer a catering service for the conference and meeting areas as well as <span class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Event&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Erlebnisorientierte Veranstaltung zwecks Inszenierung von Produkten, Unternehmen oder Dienstleistungen&lt;\/div&gt;\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>event<\/span> catering.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">According to the landlord&rsquo;s press release, this means that the so-called city-within-a-city concept of Konnex Baden is increasingly taking shape. <a href=\"https:\/\/zurich.spgi.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SPGI Zurich AG<\/a> is responsible for the marketing and letting of Konnex Baden. Around 35,000 square metres of commercial space will be available following the total refurbishment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The city-within-a-city concept includes a range of services and amenities, including restaurants, shops for everyday needs, fitness, childcare and co-working. The Konnex building is located in the city centre, just a five-minute walk from Baden railway station and 20 minutes from Zurich.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">SPGI Zurich AG, based in Zollikon, is a subsidiary of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intercitygroup.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intercity Group<\/a>, an independent property services provider with group companies in Zurich, Lucerne, Bern, Basel, St. Gallen, Olten SO and Zug.
