The corresponding total contractor agreement has already been signed, the <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Real Estate&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Engl. f&uuml;r Immobilien&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">real estate<\/span> service provider based in Frauenfeld announced in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrs.ch\/concorde-espace-culture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>. The financial scope of the large-scale project dedicated to the performing arts has not been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The first building will serve as a cultural centre. It will have an <span class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Event&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Erlebnisorientierte Veranstaltung zwecks Inszenierung von Produkten, Unternehmen oder Dienstleistungen&lt;\/div&gt;\"  data-mobile-support=\"0\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex='0' role='link'>event<\/span> hall with 492 seats and 920 standing places, explains HRS. The second building will house 220 flats for students. The two buildings will be connected by a pedestrian bridge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The complex will be complemented by a hotel, a co-working area, a brasserie and a catering service. They are intended to &ldquo;enrich the site&rsquo;s offering and make it a dynamic place to live&rdquo;, writes HRS.
