Kippel op&egrave;re avec succ&egrave;s depuis plus de 50 ans sur le march&eacute; r&eacute;gional du canton du Valais et propose des services dans le domaine du chauffage, des installations sanitaires et de la technique solaire, selon le sp&eacute;cialiste zurichois de la technique du b&acirc;timent. Kippel emploie environ 20 personnes et r&eacute;alise un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires annuel d&rsquo;environ 6 millions de francs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Kippel Leo + S&ouml;hne AG sera fusionn&eacute;e avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lauber-iwisa.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lauber IWISA AG<\/a>, qui fait d&eacute;j&agrave; partie du groupe Burkhalter et qui est &eacute;galement bas&eacute;e dans le Haut-Valais, plus pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment &agrave; Naters, &agrave; compter du 1er janvier 2025. Selon les informations fournies, le site sera maintenu et tous les collaborateurs seront repris. Les propri&eacute;taires actuels, Adolf et Flavian Kippel, continueront &agrave; travailler pour l&rsquo;entreprise. Selon Burkhalter, l&rsquo;acquisition de parts de march&eacute; suppl&eacute;mentaires par le rachat cibl&eacute; d&rsquo;autres entreprises de technique du b&acirc;timent continue de faire partie de la strat&eacute;gie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Fin 2023, le Groupe Burkhalter employait 5185 collaborateurs, dont 971 apprentis, dans 84 soci&eacute;t&eacute;s du groupe r&eacute;parties sur 158 sites en Suisse et dans la Principaut&eacute; de Liechtenstein.
