Pour ce faire, environ 300 millions de francs suisses doivent &ecirc;tre lev&eacute;s du 1er au 30 octobre aupr&egrave;s d&rsquo;institutions de pr&eacute;voyance domicili&eacute;es en Suisse. Les investisseurs d&eacute;j&agrave; existants ont un droit de pr&eacute;f&eacute;rence, informe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zurichinvest.ch\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zurich Invest SA<\/a> dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zurichinvest.ch\/de\/news-und-publikationen\/wissen\/immobilien\/kapitalerhoehung-2024-immo-w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute;<\/a>. La filiale de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zurich.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zurich Insurance Group<\/a> assure la gestion de la fondation de placement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Zurich fondation de placement veut utiliser les nouveaux fonds pour l&rsquo;acquisition de 19 biens immobiliers avec une part d&rsquo;habitation de 90 pour cent au total. Environ deux tiers des objets se trouvent &agrave; Gen&egrave;ve et &agrave; Lausanne, auxquels s&rsquo;ajoutent des immeubles &agrave; Zurich et &agrave; Berne. Outre sa bonne situation g&eacute;ographique, le portefeuille pr&eacute;sente des potentiels de loyers int&eacute;ressants, pr&eacute;cise le communiqu&eacute;.
