À partir de début février 2021, UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) SA reprendra la gestion du fonds immobilier suisse Residentia, informe UBS<\/a> dans un message<\/a> . Le fonds coté détient principalement des propriétés résidentielles dans le canton du Tessin. L’annonce place l’actif total du portefeuille Residentia à environ 275 millions de CHF.<\/p>\n
