L&rsquo;&eacute;v&eacute;nement commencera &agrave; 16 heures avec des stations d&rsquo;information et des festivit&eacute;s sur le chantier. Le premier coup de pioche officiel aura lieu &agrave; 17h, puis la soir&eacute;e se terminera &agrave; la buvette de 18h30 &agrave; 20h.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Le Lymhof fera partie du <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amrietpark.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Am Rietpark<\/a> de Schlierem. Selon la description du projet, le Lymhof ne cr&eacute;e pas seulement une offre de logement attrayante pour des habitants de diff&eacute;rentes g&eacute;n&eacute;rations et de diff&eacute;rents mod&egrave;les de vie. En f&eacute;vrier 2024, le conseil municipal de Schlieren avait accord&eacute; le permis de construire pour le Lymhof.
