Le 26 septembre, la demande de permis de construire pour la tour Rocket et les trois b&acirc;timents ind&eacute;pendants Tigerli a &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;pos&eacute;e, informe dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/implenia.com\/medien\/artikel\/baueingabe-fuer-rocket-tigerli-in-der-lokstadt-in-winterthur-erfolgt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute;<\/a> la soci&eacute;t&eacute; de construction et d&rsquo;immobilier bas&eacute;e dans le <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span> Glattpark d&rsquo;Opfikon. Au total, 272 appartements, un h&ocirc;tel ainsi que des locaux pour des activit&eacute;s commerciales et des manifestations doivent &ecirc;tre construits ici. Le d&eacute;but des travaux de construction est pr&eacute;vu pour le troisi&egrave;me trimestre 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">La tour Rocket est l&rsquo;un des plus hauts immeubles d&rsquo;habitation en bois actuellement en projet, explique Implenia. Implenia a d&eacute;velopp&eacute; le mode de construction en collaboration avec l&rsquo;&Eacute;cole polytechnique<a href=\"https:\/\/ethz.ch\/de.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">f&eacute;d&eacute;rale<\/a> de Zurich<a href=\"https:\/\/ethz.ch\/de.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(EPFZ<\/a>) et le bureau d&rsquo;ing&eacute;nieurs civils WaltGamarini. Pour les b&acirc;timents Tigerli, Implenia mise en revanche sur la construction massive traditionnelle en b&eacute;ton arm&eacute; et en briques. Les quatre b&acirc;timents devraient &ecirc;tre achev&eacute;s d&rsquo;ici fin 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Le 21 octobre, le ma&icirc;tre d&rsquo;ouvrage de Rocket &amp; Tigerli, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ina-invest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ina Invest<\/a>, pr&eacute;sentera le projet au Lokhaus de Winterthur.
