Limmat Verwaltungs AG<\/a> est devenue Elicere Real Estate Management<\/span> AG. Limmat Verwaltungs AG, fondée à Schlieren en 1967, a été reprise par Elicere AG à Zoug, selon un communiqué de presse en 2019. L’entreprise a été renommée Limmat Bau-, Treuhand- und Verwaltungs AG en Limmat Verwaltungs AG.<\/p>\n

L’administration doit maintenant se poursuivre sous le nouveau nom, qui fait référence au nouveau propriétaire. La nouvelle société Elicere Real Estate Management<\/span> AG est naturellement basée à Schlieren sur la Schulstrasse, à l’ancienne adresse de l’administration de la Limmat.<\/p>\n

Avant de commencer avec le nouveau nom, une restructuration complète et surtout une numérisation avait été effectuée, indique-t-il dans le message. En plus des services de gestion et d’évaluation déjà offerts, il y a maintenant aussi l’hypothèse de gestion de construction.<\/p>\n

La nouvelle société, fondée en décembre, est dirigée par Rikard Memaj et Roger Priester. Tous deux sont membres du conseil d’administration.
