Procimmo SA<\/a> prévoit une augmentation de capital de sa SICAV immobilière. Concrètement, trois compartiments de la société d’investissement à capital variable devraient être augmentés d’un montant total de 170 millions de francs. Les trois augmentations de capital devraient avoir lieu après la publication des résultats annuels de Procimmo le 30 septembre.<\/p>\n

La direction du compartiment Industrial a ainsi prévu une augmentation de capital d’environ 100 millions de francs, informe Procimmo dans un communiqué<\/a>. Le fonds Procimmo Real Estate<\/span> SICAV – Industrial est axé sur l’immobilier industriel, commercial et logistique. Il y détient actuellement un actif brut de 2 milliards de francs.<\/p>\n

Selon un communiqué<\/a> séparé, la direction du compartiment Residential prévoit une augmentation de 30 millions de francs. Le fonds Procimmo Real Estate<\/span> SICAV – Residential détient actuellement un actif brut d’environ 505 millions de francs, dont les trois quarts sont investis dans des immeubles situés à Lausanne et à Genève.<\/p>\n

Pour le compartiment Residential PK, la direction du fonds a prévu une augmentation de capital de 40 millions de francs, informe Procimmo dans un troisième communiqué<\/a>. Dans le fonds Procimmo Real Estate<\/span> SICAV – Residential PK, environ 520 millions de francs sont actuellement investis principalement dans l’immobilier résidentiel en Suisse romande.<\/p>\n

Fondée en 2007, Procimmo SA est active en tant que Real Estate<\/span> Asset<\/span> Manager au siège de Renens ainsi qu’à Zurich et Genève. Depuis 2017, la société fait partie de Procimmo Group SA<\/a>.
