Selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axpo.com\/ch\/de\/newsroom\/medienmitteilungen\/2025\/roland-leuenberger-als-verwaltungsratspraesident-nominiert.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute; de presse<\/a>, il quittera ses fonctions actuelles avant d&rsquo;assumer son nouveau mandat chez Axpo le 1er juin 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Roland Leuenberger occupe le poste de CEO de Repower AG depuis 2019. Auparavant, il a occup&eacute; des fonctions de direction et d&rsquo;entrepreneur dans de grandes organisations internationales, &agrave; l&rsquo;interface entre l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie et la finance. Selon Axpo, il apporte &laquo;&nbsp;un leadership av&eacute;r&eacute;, des comp&eacute;tences professionnelles, une vision strat&eacute;gique et un sens politique aigu&nbsp;&raquo;, ce qui le rend parfaitement apte &agrave; diriger le conseil d&rsquo;administration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Thomas Sieber est d&eacute;j&agrave; pr&eacute;sident du conseil d&rsquo;administration d&rsquo;Axpo Holding AG depuis 2016 et a dirig&eacute; l&rsquo;entreprise &agrave; travers des p&eacute;riodes de d&eacute;fis, selon le communiqu&eacute;. Apr&egrave;s dix ans de direction, il c&eacute;dera d&eacute;sormais sa place &agrave; M.
