Le projet gagnant a &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;alis&eacute; par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsp-architekten.ch\/news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fsp Architekten<\/a> de Spreitenbach, en collaboration avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.landsrl.com\/en\/office\/land-suisse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LAND Suisse<\/a> de Lugano et <a href=\"https:\/\/astoc.de\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASTOC Architects and Planners<\/a> de Cologne. Le projet <a href=\"https:\/\/dot-doettingen.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DOT<\/a> consiste &agrave; cr&eacute;er un nouveau <span class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Quartier&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;Amtliches, historisches, soziales oder stadtplanerisches Stadtviertel&lt;\/div&gt;\" data-mobile-support=\"0\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">quartier<\/span> sur le site de Birchmeier Hess Immobilien. Sur une surface de 75&rsquo;000 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s, 550 logements seront construits, 15&rsquo;000 m&egrave;tres carr&eacute;s de surface sont pr&eacute;vus pour des activit&eacute;s commerciales, comme on peut le lire dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/dot-doettingen.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Medienmitteilung_DOT-Doettingen_Ergebnisse-Studienauftrag_251016_def.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu&eacute; de presse<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">&laquo;&nbsp;Avec la transformation du site, l&rsquo;industrie devient un voisinage. Les halls deviennent des foyers, les traces des identit&eacute;s. L&rsquo;h&eacute;ritage industriel est transform&eacute; &ndash; durable, porteur d&rsquo;avenir, mixte&nbsp;&raquo;, explique Ivo Lenherr de fsp Architekten &agrave; propos du projet DOT. Le jury a justifi&eacute; son vote unanime en faveur du projet laur&eacute;at, entre autres, par &laquo;&nbsp;une strat&eacute;gie urbanistique raffin&eacute;e qui tient compte des exigences du propri&eacute;taire foncier, des b&acirc;timents existants et du plan directeur approuv&eacute;&nbsp;&raquo;.
