Selon un communiqué<\/a>, Schlieremer Halter AG<\/a> a achevé la construction du projet Neubau Gundeli<\/a> et l’a remis au maître d’ouvrage WIMAG Weibel Immobilien AG<\/a>. Il s’agit d’un immeuble locatif situé dans le quartier<\/span> de Gundeli, à proximité immédiate de la gare CFF de Bâle. Le nouveau bâtiment, situé au 89\/91 Güterstrasse et au 16 Meret Oppenheim-Strasse, offre 66 nouveaux appartements ainsi que des espaces commerciaux et des bureaux. Il remplace les anciens immeubles résidentiels et commerciaux qui se trouvaient à cet emplacement.<\/p>\n

Avec ses nombreux appartements locatifs, le nouveau bâtiment densifie l’espace urbain dans un emplacement central. Les appartements vont du 1,5 pièce au 3,5 pièces et se caractérisent par des plans ouverts et des balcons offrant des vues variées. Une cour intérieure verdoyante sert de lieu de retraite et améliore la qualité de vie.<\/p>\n

Au rez-de-chaussée, des espaces polyvalents destinés à des bureaux ou à des locaux commerciaux sont en cours de construction sur une superficie d’environ 1 250 mètres carrés. Ils seront complétés par deux autres espaces de bureaux de 80 mètres carrés chacun au premier étage et par des espaces de stockage pour les commerçants.<\/p>\n
